Refund policy

Perishable Goods: Due to the food-grade nature of our spices, we cannot accept returns on opened sachet / jars of Dinkai Natural Dawadawa Powder.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dinkaispices.com with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped.
